Alcohol Concern is the national agency on alcohol misuse campaigning for effective alcohol policy and improved services for people whose lives are affected by alcohol-related problems. Alcohol Concern is a membership body working at a national level to influence alcohol policy and champion best practice locally. Helps neighbours who've fallen out reach agreements, using trained volunteer mediators. Mediators are good listeners who won't take sides or tell people what to do. Disputes may include teenagers who have fallen out with older residents-anybody who's fallen out with a neighbour! Harrogate District. Free and Confidential.
